hannah!

this past week has been absolutely crazy.

monday night -- math class. stayed up all night studying for my english mid-term. (i find out my grade this upcoming tuesday.)

tuesday -- mid-term & vocabulary tests.

wednesday -- math class. stayed up all night writing paper for english. worst paper EVER. [i got a B- on it.]

thursday -- class was given more time to complete essay portion of the mid-term. yes!

mom showed up at about 8:05 p.m. she had called my phone twice, but i didn't pick up because i was running out of minutes. when i saw that she had called two times relatively close together, i thought, "what's wrong with lucy?" hannah didn't occur to me, because i was under the impression that kimmy wasn't even close to giving birth. [and by 'wasn't even close to giving birth,' i mean 'at least a week away from giving birth.']

we headed to the hospital, with pillow, pepsi, & string cheese in tow. kimmy was in the "let's check her out and see what the heck is going on here" room, but was moved to the delivery room pretty quickly. at least, it felt fast in comparison to the rest of the night/morning.

ben is sharing details on the night, but let me just say kimmy was absolutely amazing. kimmy IS amazing. and i cried like a baby! must have been taking my cue from wee hannah.
