i'm leavin'.

i still have a list of things to do before i leave for SFO at 3:30 a.m. (the first scheduled airporter). the laundry is done and some of my things are still in a bag from housesitting, so it won't be all that difficult to finish up.

i need to pack my suitcase, collect my ishuffle and itinerary, make sure i have the cash, credit card & the instructions from marc printed out, and then i will be on my way. on my way to bed, that is, for a short time before my horrifically early departure. what am i talking about...?!? i absolutely love waking up in the middle of the night and heading towards the airport! it will be an adventure.

last night was really fun. ann & jim and i went to the black cat for open mic. i'm not used to a small bar where i can't move around and act silly, but the music was awesome and the crowd was cool. then jim and i went to zebulon's, my absolute favorite place, and had two drinks? at least, i recall it being two drinks. i ran into some old friends and couldn't sit still. and i couldn't stop laughing! very cool.
